FirstFuel’s Rapid Building Assessment platform uses building consumption data from the utility to produce complete building analysis and energy savings. FirstFuel was previously profiled in CleanTech Notes and on the US Department of Energy Blog.

AMBRI
AMBRI is an early-stage company working to develop and commercialize a new battery technology that will revolutionize grid-scale power storage. AMBRI’s battery has the potential to cost significantly less than existing batteries.  By decoupling power supply and power demand, the liquid metal battery will be a major enabler of the widespread use of sustainable energy sources and the development of more efficient power systems.

Located in Cambridge, MA, Sun Catalytix is an early-stage renewable energy company founded to commercialize a breakthrough catalyst and related technologies developed by Professor Daniel Nocera at MIT. As a recent recipient of a highly competitive ARPA-E award, Sun Catalytix is accelerating its efforts to unlock the virtually limitless energy resulting from the combination of sunlight and water.

Ubiquitous Energy
Ubiquitous Energy is a technology start-up developing a portfolio of emerging photovoltaic technologies that enable seamless deployment of light-harvesting functionality in the form of products and surfaces we interact with every day.
